Perform complex and technically demanding support of Elekta Treatment Delivery Systems. The position requires professional representation between the customer and the company in all aspects of the customer relations. The role will ensure that Elekta maintain their contractual commitments in ensuring Clinical uptime commitments are met. You will be responsible for managing all maintenance activities on the site for Elekta supplied equipment. You will be expected to work under your own initiative to complete the tasks required.
Skills Required
- Experience supporting Elekta treatment delivery or similar radiotherapy systems
- Ability to professionally represent the company in customer-facing situations
- Experience managing on-site maintenance activities and ensuring clinical uptime
- Ability to work independently and under own initiative to complete technical tasks
