法規制、権利意識等の変動する社会環境と、当社の経営方針及び事業戦略を踏まえ、各種契約書審査・作成、法律相談対応、そしてコーポレートガバナンス関連業務を着実にこなし、法的リスクを適切にマネージしながら健全な企業成長、事業価値の最大化を図るという法務部門のミッション達成に貢献する。

事業法務支援

• 事実関係を踏まえ、適法妥当のみならず事業推進に寄与する志向で、契約締結を支援し、また法律相談対応を行う。
• 業務遂行上留意すべき典型的な法的問題について、担当事業関係者に教育啓蒙活動を行う。
• 複雑大規模な案件においては、上長や法律事務所の支援を得ながらも、主体的に対応する。

• 業務の効率化や質的向上のための改善を、上長や他のメンバーと連携して、実現する。

コーポレートガバナンス向上

• 決裁規程運用、解釈問い合わせ対応、システム改修によりコーポレートガバナンスを実践し、また改善点の提案を行う。

データ・プライバシーマネジメント

• 日本におけるデータ・プライバシーに関する法令・規制動向を把握するとともに、当社のグローバル方針・施策を受け、担当事業におけるデータ・プライバシー保護施策を浸透させる。

その他

• 必要に応じて、上長より指示されたその他の職務を遂行する。

• 学士（法学）。弁護士資格があれば尚良し
• ～5年程度の企業法務（社内法務または法律事務所）経験。医薬品または医療機器業界での経験があれば、なお良し
• 民法、会社法、民事訴訟法、倒産法制、知的財産権法制等の知識と素養
• 財務会計、金融商品取引法や資本市場に関する基本的理解
• 秘密保持や売買契約等の典型・定常的な英文契約の文面作成や争点に関する口頭議論ができる語学力
• 論理的思考力、事案の展開を想定する能力
