This position is located at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Temecula CA. We are in the heart of Southern California’s beautiful Temecula Valley, known for its award-winning wineries, vibrant Old Town, and strong sense of community. Our hotel sits just minutes from shopping, dining, entertainment, and outdoor recreation, offering team members the perfect balance between work and lifestyle. Temecula provides 172 room suites that are welcoming, family-friendly environment with easy access to major freeways for easy commute.

First impressions matter — and in a hotel, every hallway, lobby, restroom, and exterior walkway is a first impression. As our Janitorial team member, you're the reason guests walk into a property that looks and feels exceptional. You'll cover a wide range of cleaning and maintenance tasks across both interior and exterior spaces, working independently and as part of a team. If you take satisfaction in a spotless environment, have the physical energy to keep up with a full shift, and want to be part of a hospitality operation that takes quality seriously, this is your role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, restrooms, corridors, stairways, elevators, locker rooms, and other assigned areas.
  • Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors; vacuum carpets and upholstered surfaces.
  • Wash walls, windows, door panels, sills, ceilings, and woodwork.
  • Dust furniture and equipment; polish metalwork to brand standards.
  • Replenish restroom supplies; transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
  • Tend to outdoor grounds including lawn care, debris removal, and exterior upkeep as assigned.
  • Monitor and report supply needs to your supervisor.
  • Use radio to communicate with front desk and housekeeping supervisors during shift.

SKILLS & ABILITIES YOU BRING

  • Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push, and pull heavy equipment; stand for extended periods.
  • Willing to pitch in and help teammates — team player mentality is a must.
  • Able to follow supervisor instructions and learn new procedures quickly.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

SCHEDULE & HOURS

This position is full-time, with schedules that may vary based on business need. Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, is required. Specific shift details will be discussed during the interview process.
