Manages hotel HR and people operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, training, engagement, retention, payroll reporting, workers’ compensation, safety, compliance, and policy implementation. Partners with hotel leadership and corporate HR to support culture initiatives, employee development, recognition programs, and labor-law compliance. Handles confidential employee matters and responds to questions regarding policies and benefits.

Manage the hotel's full accounting cycle, including month-end close, financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, accounts receivable and payable, cash controls, service charge and tip accounting, audits, tax support, budgeting, and compliance. The role independently supports on-property accounting operations while coordinating with the corporate accounting team and hotel leadership.

Own assigned hotel market segments by prospecting for new business, managing client relationships, building sales pipelines, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue goals. The role involves business reviews, competitive market analysis, trade shows, industry networking, local sales calls, and collaboration with the Director of Sales. Flexibility for weekends, holidays, travel, and changing schedules is required.

Drive hotel revenue by soliciting and securing new accounts, maintaining client relationships, executing sales plans, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, tracking pipelines, attending trade shows, and collaborating with the Director of Sales to meet targets across rooms, F&B, and event space.
