Perform general housekeeping and maintenance tasks to maintain hotel cleanliness and guest comfort: move furniture, assist room attendants, clean and restock rooms and public areas, handle linens, operate cleaning equipment, remove trash, perform light maintenance, and communicate via radio. Must lift up to 100 lbs and work flexible shifts.

Lead portfolio-wide sales strategy and execution across nine full-service hotels. Set revenue goals, manage national/regional accounts, oversee RFPs, coach property sales teams, align with revenue management, and deliver reporting and analytics to drive group, corporate transient, and catering revenue growth.

Drive hotel revenue by soliciting and securing new accounts, maintaining and growing existing accounts, executing sales plans, preparing proposals and contracts, attending trade shows, and coordinating with hotel leadership to meet targets.

Manage front office operations including reservations, check-in/check-out, guest services, bell and telephone services. Supervise and schedule staff, handle guest complaints, enforce policies, control credit and financial transactions, contribute to budgeting and profitability, and ensure compliance with laws and security procedures.

Hands-on IT manager responsible for multi-site infrastructure, Tier 2/3 support, Microsoft 365 administration, asset/inventory management, vendor coordination, disaster recovery, and leading software modernization and AI adoption across nine hotel properties.

Perform breakfast dining support: clear, clean, reset tables; bus dishes; restock silverware, buffet items, and beverage dispensers; serve coffee and water; clean equipment; perform hall runs; assist break room when needed; provide courteous guest service and follow company service standards and uniform policy.
