Job Description
- Primary Skill: Genesys, BOT
- Secondary skill: AI can be secondary skill
- Develop applications using Genesys web APIs, JavaScript APIs, and client libraries to build applications
- Set up and maintain CTI environments for voice, email, and chat routing
- Develop voice and chat bots per business specifications
- Measure, monitor, and manage ACD performance
- Integrate applications with Genesys softphone and CTI features
- Operate as part of a DevOps team: deploy new capabilities while effectively and efficiently maintaining production solutions
- Ability to present own and other developers’ work to a broader audience
- Ability to lead the development process of a feature as part of a cross-disciplinary team
- Can work independently in a multi-disciplinary team with minimal support
- Help junior members of the team with task completion, estimation, and troubleshooting
- Works closely with both business and technical stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with the team with estimates, blockers, etc.
- Produces application artifacts per SDLC, Agile and DevOps audit requirements
- Implements high-quality, cost-effective and sustainable solutions. Meet today’s needs with the potential to scale or adapt to the needs of the future/new emerging technologies.
- Participates in design & code reviews and manages deployment

Spread across 73000+ square feet facility on the 7th floor of BSR IT SEZ, the Global Capability Center in Hyderabad can house more than 600 employees. Located at the heart of Financial District, the facility boasts of work class infrastructure and amenities, enabled by state-of-the-art technology and security systems. In-house gymnasium / aerobics center, yoga room, indoor games room, mothers’ / wellness room, 200+ seater cafeteria, high-rise & lounge seating are some of the amenities available for the employees. The SEZ facility will also provide common creche and eat-out restaurants in the building premises, once operational.
