Job Description
Team
Come join the ITAM Content Management team that is committed to deliver to customers across the globe with one single platform to manage all their IT, Operation Technology (OT), & Enterprise Assets. A key requirement to support effective Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) is to normalize Enterprise Assets data received from various tools/sources/record books tracked manually and reconcile them towards an effective management. These require a comprehensive library of Enterprise Assets from major manufacturers. We are building a team to manage this content service, a critical component of our Enterprise Asset Management solution.
Role
You will be working on building and enhancing the content services, an integral part of our ITAM product that enables our customers to manager all OT, Enterprise assets and provides compliance position.
What you get to do in this role:

• Research on Enterprise, OT Assets from various manufacturers / Vendors and related content from the industry towards creating the required content library for our ITAM normalization service
• Mastering in understanding enterprise & OT asset landscape of major manufacturers / Vendors
• Will get opportunity to work on collecting, analysing data from IoT smart devices / EAM devices, architecting a solution for huge data, setting up governance procedures including quality assurance
• Understand the design of the EAM tool, minor & major enhancement in tool, content service modules and various automation opportunities
• Participate, to an extent provide technical solutions for various challenges of managing content data
• Play supporting role in performing detailed assessments of existing features and contribute in formulating EAM strategies to have clear action plans that enable the implementation of EAM solutions and quick realization of business results
• Transform the Enterprise Asset data received from various third party systems/sources, record books tracked manually into actionable information which can be used for effective management, quality, data consistency and correctness of enterprise asset. Master data management (MDM) experience is a big plus.
• Mentor and lead a team of data analysts in researching of market information for various Enterprise Asset in the public domain, and normalize them into our content databases
• Provide trainings to other members of the team in your areas of expertise
• Contribute in designing and implementing, processes and controls, to maintain and publish new content
• Create and maintain EAM content related process documents, project and knowledgebase related documentation
• Support customer issue resolutions including interaction with internal teams where necessary

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in ITAM & EAM industry with management of Enterprise assets for internal or external customers
• Fair knowledge of industry oriented assets like Fixed plant assets, Linear assets, Mobile and fixed fleet assets getting used in various industries like power generation, manufacturing, oil refineries, healthcare, wind generation etc.
• Outlined a potential IoT-enabled customer specific solution to provide value for a specific business scenario
• Participated in implementing strategies for IoT adoption for a customer
• Worked as business user or application administrator and have hands on experience on CMDB, ITAM & EAM tools like ServiceNow, Freshservice, IBM Maximo, SAP ERP Suite - EAM, Oracle E-Business Suite - Enterprise Asset Management etc.
• Participated in desiging & implementing EAM related processes like procurement, Vendor management, change control etc.
• Implementation of governance, accuracy, consistency, Standard naming conventions on EAM data is a big plus
• Experience in driving EAM data cleansing, migration projects independently. Strong communication and inter-personnel skills
• Exposure to distinct equipment classes, failure code around enterprise asset data
• Knowledge on the EAM assets lifecycle from order to disposals
• Should have an eye for the details. Able to adapt to a highly research based environment that moves in a very aggressive pace
• Nice to have
  • Knowledge of scripting to gather information from various tools, sources
  • Content related: Any experience working in a Data Content based project
• Should have passion for researching and providing solutions for various challenges, new ideas for enriching EAM library
