Sr QA Test Engineer – US Healthcare Provider Portal (Microsoft Power Platform)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr QA Test Engineer to validate a US Healthcare Provider Portal developed using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in healthcare application testing, functional and integration testing, Power Platform applications, and healthcare standards such as HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, EDI X12, and Provider Management processes.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery of provider-facing applications supporting provider enrollment, credentialing, claims inquiry, prior authorization, referrals, member eligibility, and secure communication.
• Analyze user needs and test software solutions using agile methodology
• Create test models for release testing (plans, data and scripts) including the identification, collection and/or creation of test data
• Lead co-ordination and execution of release testing as appropriate
• Determine and meet time estimates and schedules for testing efforts
• Define Release Test Plans and criteria for user acceptance including entry/exit criteria
• Develop, update and maintain quality testing standards and procedures
• Communicate effectively with customers and software vendors as appropriate
• Assist in the planning, creation and control of the test environment(s)
• Follow standard testing methodology frameworks, testing processes as a standard
• Co-ordinate testing specific release activities
• Determine and meet time estimates and schedules for testing efforts
• Create test models for release testing (plans, data and scripts) pate in structured walk-through and peer reviews
• Participate in the coordination and execution of release testing
• Update and test release installation procedures
• Participate in Lessons Learned as appropriate
• Identify defects and questionable functionality; manage defects through to closure
• Resolve issues with unclear requirements and achieve a successful result
• Triage and solve complex problems using structured troubleshooting methodologies
• Work independently as well as work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience required:
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience as Senior QA/QA lead with strong US Healthcare / claims/Provider Management domain expertise
• Solid experience in writing SQL statements for data validations
• Ability to design, develop, test and debug tests cases/Scripts/plans/strategy documents
- Hands on Experience in Power platform Testing including Power Pages , Dataverse and Power Automate workflows

Skills Required
- Minimum 6+ years experience as Senior QA/QA lead in US healthcare/claims/provider management domain
- Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Power Platform applications (Power Pages, Dataverse, Power Automate)
- Experience validating end-to-end provider lifecycle (registration, enrollment, credentialing, claims inquiry, prior authorization, referrals, eligibility, secure messaging, document upload, remittance, provider maintenance)
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and writing SQL statements
