We're looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Partner with hands-on sourcing experience who genuinely enjoys the hunt and already has end-to-end recruitment experience under their belt. This role will be approximately 50% sourcing and 50% recruitment, though the split will fluctuate depending on the needs at the time.

This is a hybrid position based in Cracow or Warsaw – 2-3 times per week form the office.

What You Will Bring to the Team

Must-haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and sourcing, with end-to-end recruitment ownership: from briefing with the hiring manager to closing the offer with the candidate.

  • Experience in IT recruitment, whether in a recruitment agency or in-house.

  • You thrive on sourcing, because let's face it – dream candidates rarely just drop their CV. You know where to look, how to reach out, and how to spark interest even when someone wasn't planning to move.

  • Hands-on knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools: Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other creative channels to find hidden gems.

  • AI & automation curiosity – you don't just follow the hype, you've already implemented AI tools into your daily workflow to streamline sourcing, outreach, or candidate management. You enjoy experimenting with tech that makes hiring smarter (and smoother).

  • Polish and English at C1 level: because international hiring opportunities are on.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience working in a product company (SaaS/Tech preferred) – you understand the pace and culture of building something from the ground up.

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, ideally Ashby – you know how to keep pipelines clean and data-driven.

Your Mission

Source, Recruit, and Build the Team Behind Europe's Leading PropTech Platform

  • Sourcing is one half of the role. You'll own our talent pipeline across Product, Tech, Sales, and Operations — finding and engaging the passive candidates others can't reach, building Boolean and X-ray searches that surface hidden talent, and running outreach that actually gets replies.

  • Full-cycle recruiting is the other half. You'll own requisitions end-to-end — briefing with hiring managers, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing the process, and closing offers. Sourcing and recruiting carry equal weight here; you'll move between them depending on where the pipeline needs you most.

  • Beyond hiring, you'll help shape our employer brand — initiating activities and content that make SINGU visible to top tech talent and build a pipeline that comes to us.

  • Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, you'll be part of a collaborative P&C team that values initiative, experimentation, and continuous learning.
