Job DescriptionThe person in the role of IT System Administrator (m/f) will be responsible for developing the information system by implementing modern IT practices and providing expert and technical support to users. A key task will be to ensure smooth business operations through a reliable IT infrastructure and effective management of system solutions.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing, maintaining, monitoring, and securing the operation of IT infrastructure (PCs, servers, network equipment, connections, services)
- Providing user support
- Troubleshooting hardware issues and performing installations on PCs, servers, and other equipment
- Detecting security-related events in the information system, promptly notifying users, and resolving security incidents
- Ensuring proper system backups
- Preparing regular reports
- Ensuring compliance of the information system with regulatory requirements
- Ensuring adherence to internal and external policies and procedures established by the Branch, the Group, and external regulators

QualificationsEducation and Experience
The candidate must meet one of the following criteria:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree (first Bologna cycle) in computer science, engineering, or another relevant field, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
or - A Higher Vocational Education degree in computer science, engineering, or another relevant field, and a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
Language Skills
- Proficiency in English, Serbian, and Croatian at B1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
Desired Technical knowledge and Experience
- Good knowledge of modern Microsoft solutions, including Windows 10/11 and the Office suite
- Experience in system administration across Windows, Linux, Lotus Domino, Citrix, and Oracle environments
- Experience managing Cisco network switches and wireless access points
- Ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with basic system administration tools and processes
- Experience in installing and maintaining network cabling
- Working knowledge of complex TCP/IP networks with multiple routing
- Experience with host and network security
