Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide a higher level of support for Encora Infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewalls, Active Directory, Servers. Deep knowledge of networking administration like Cisco switches, routers and firewall, LAN/WAN (L2/L3) and BGP protocol are mandatory;
- Manage IT Projects including network design, tools and automation;
- Design and Implement network infrastructures, Windows and Linux Servers, Active Directory and GPOs.
Essential Skills
- Great network skills;
- Experience with switching and routing protocols, including BGP;
- Experience with IPSec and SSL VPN;
- Experience with Cloud services and security;
- Experience in managing firewalls mainly Cisco ASA;
- Experience with managing multiple IT Projects;
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory;
- Knowledge in hypervisor and virtualization;
- Overall IT Tools knowledge;
- Troubleshooting skills;
- Backup solutions.
Highly Desirable Skills
- Disaster Recovery;
- Business Continuity Management;
- IT Governance and best practices.
