We are seeking an IT Specialist to join the IT group, reporting to the Head of IT. We are looking for a team player, independent and responsible person, quick learner who is hungry to grow and develop, and is capable of adapting to changes.

You will:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for employees across Windows and macOS environments, including company laptops, IT equipment and corporate systems.
  • Manage user identities, access, and permissions using Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Administer and maintain endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), including device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (account provisioning, device setup, access control, deprovisioning).
  • Maintain and enforce security best practices, including MFA, device compliance, and endpoint protection.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and company tools.
  • Collaborate with R&D, IT and security teams to improve system reliability, performance, and security posture.
  • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps in internal knowledge base.
  • Assist with IT asset management, inventory tracking, and lifecycle management.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on IT tools, security practices, and usage policies.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to assist in IT support workflows, including faster troubleshooting, issue diagnosis, and knowledge base search and enrichment.
  • Use AI-assisted capabilities to improve identity management, endpoint operations, and user support efficiency while maintaining strict security and access control standards.
  • Apply AI tools to enhance IT documentation, incident resolution workflows, and repetitive task automation in endpoint and user administration processes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (users, groups, licenses, Exchange, Teams).
  • Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, SaaS applications.
  • Understanding of endpoint management, device compliance, and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, high level of proficiency in English.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools to improve IT support efficiency, troubleshooting processes, knowledge management, and endpoint/user administration workflows.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools to streamline incident resolution, documentation, and repetitive IT operational tasks while maintaining security and compliance standards.
Nice to have
  • Networking Knowledge (DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP fundamentals) 
  • Relevant Microsoft or IT certifications  
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., FreshService, Jira)  
  • Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) 

Skills Required

  • 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
