As an IT Specialist at JFrog you will…

  • Provide end-user technical support and manage core systems and day-to-day IT operations
  • Handle everything from hardware setups to account troubleshooting, delivering best-in-class support
  • Work closely with the global IT team to maintain high security and IT standards across the organization

To be an IT Specialist at JFrog you need…

  • 3-4 years of experience in an IT support role
  • Strong experience supporting macOS and Windows environments
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Windows Server technologies (AD)
  • Familiarity with SAML, SSO, and MDM/EMM systems
  • Experience with video conferencing systems — Zoom and Poly hardware is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting — plus!
  • A "think big" mindset — you see beyond the ticket and look for ways to improve systems, processes, and the overall IT experience
  • High-level troubleshooting skills — you dig deep, think critically, and don't stop at the surface
  • Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python) — plus!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A genuine hunger to learn and grow — must!
