Our Security team is looking for an IT Specialist to help support, scale, and secure our global IT environment. This role requires close collaboration with teams across Israel and internationally, both onsite and remotely.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and maintain the company’s core IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and security across systems, endpoints, and cloud services.
  • Support and improve internal tools, access management, and operational processes to enable a secure and productive employee experience.
  • Partner closely with the Security team to implement and maintain best practices across identity management, endpoint security, and cloud environments.
  • Participate in security initiatives and gain hands-on experience with modern security frameworks, tooling, and operational practices.
  • Lead IT projects from planning through implementation, improving the scalability, resilience, and efficiency of our internal infrastructure.
  • Continuously enhance operational standards through automation, monitoring, and process optimization.
  • Evaluate and leverage AI-powered tools, workflows, and internal agents to streamline IT operations, automate repetitive tasks, improve knowledge management, and enhance employee support.
  • Help drive the adoption of emerging workplace technologies, including AI assistants and productivity tools, while ensuring secure and responsible usage.
  • Ensure a seamless onsite experience by managing office Wi-Fi infrastructure (APs, switches), monitoring network health, and collaborating with local ISPs to maximize uptime and redundancy.
  • Develop expertise across both IT operations and security, with opportunities to expand your impact within a growing security-focused organization.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in IT, networking, IT operations, or security-related roles (e.g., Helpdesk, IT Support, SOC Analyst).
  • Solid experience with Google Workspace, including user lifecycle management, security configurations, and SSO integrations.
  • Experience managing onboarding and offboarding processes for both local and remote employees.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting macOS and Windows environments.
  • Experience managing user permissions and access rights across business-critical applications, including collaboration, productivity, and AI-powered tools.
  • Hands-on experience with MDM solutions such as Jamf, Kandji, JumpCloud, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with IT service management and ticketing systems, including workflows, automations, and reporting (e.g., Jira Service Management, Zendesk, Freshservice).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly around asset management, procurement, and operational processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and a customer-first mindset.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging automation and AI technologies to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) platforms or Email Security Gateways.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).
  • Exposure to cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Basic scripting or automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
  • Experience working with AI platforms and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Cursor, or similar solutions.
  • Experience building, configuring, or maintaining AI-powered workflows, automations, or agents using no-code, low-code, or scripting-based platforms.
  • Interest in security frameworks, compliance programs, and governance practices—particularly relevant to Anecdotes' domain.
