Key Responsibilities:
- Provisioning & Configuration: Set up and configure client machines, following company standards
- Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and applications
- User Assistance: Respond to end-user inquiries and deliver timely service and solutions
- Ticket Management: Create, track, and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner
- User Account Management: Administration of user accounts for internal and external systems
- Inventory Management: Meticulously track, manage, and organize IT equipment inventory
- End user Onboarding and Offboarding: Timely delivery of on and offboarding tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT support, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving client issues
- Customer Service: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Technical Skills: Experience working with Active Directory, M365, Windows, macOS, VPN, Remote Management and Monitoring tools (RMM), Client Patch Management, End-Point Protection, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Collaboration Tools (Zoom, Slack) and Ticket Management (Jira); familiarity with Linux (any distribution) is a plus
- Networking Fundamentals: Understanding of networking concepts, including cabling, OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP. Advanced level knowledge a plus
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and apply appropriate troubleshooting techniques using available resources
- Organization & Time Management: Self-driven and is capable of handling multiple tasks, keeping attention to detail, and prioritization to meet deadlines
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and the ability to clearly document issues and resolutions. Proven experience interacting with executive leadership
Certification: CompTIA A+ (desired) or any other industry-recognized certification in IT Support (e.g., Network+, Security+, ITIL) is a plus
Working Conditions:
- Office Presence: Hybrid - Minimum of three days per week at the Virginia Headquarters
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry computer equipment as needed
The US base salary range for this role is between $60,000 to $75,000 annualized plus bonus, equity value (where applicable) and benefits. Your base pay will depend on your experience, location, skills and qualifications.
