Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree and Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a help desk person or customer support team. Without a Degree, 4 years of direct experience
- Clearance: TS/SCI CI Poly
- Experience with ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through support to customer issues and needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Mobile application support
- Experience providing the “customers” voice to the testing process
