Responsibilities include developing orchestration, lifecycle management, model serving, optimization, security, observability, testing, APIs, diagnostics, and recovery capabilities. The role requires collaboration across AI, platform, infrastructure, security, product, and customer engineering teams, plus technical documentation and troubleshooting across complex deployment environments.

Own end-to-end product design for major areas of an enterprise AI platform. Lead user discovery, systems-level UX, information architecture, interaction frameworks, prototyping, design system evolution, and implementation specifications. Lead end-to-end commercial and technical engagements to translate enterprise business problems into production-grade, explainable AI solutions. Define requirements, scope deployments, partner with engineers and designers, quantify business impact and ROI, drive adoption and training, and act as trusted advisor during implementation and change management.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for AI, software, embedded, product/design, and DevOps roles across Commercial and Public Sector. Build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, manage offers and compliance, implement recruiting processes, track metrics, and scale the in-house TA function across North America and Europe.
