Provide hands-on IT support across hardware, software, and networking: provision and configure client machines, manage user accounts, track inventory, triage and resolve tickets, onboard/offboard users, and maintain endpoint protection, patching, VPN, MDM, and collaboration tools while delivering strong customer service to internal stakeholders.
