Job Description
We are seeking an IT Specialist I or II with 3–5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate is a specialist capable of solving well-defined but complex problems. You will work systematically, applying established methods, techniques, and tools (typically at a bachelor’s level of expertise) to deliver tangible, project-based results. You should be able to present professional arguments to support decisions and influence stakeholders effectively.
A continuous focus on improving work processes is essential. We are looking for a proactive individual who is eager to learn new tools and scripting languages to automate manual tasks. You should be able to anticipate potential issues and understand the broader impact of your actions.
Team Overview
The ICT Applications Team includes all application specialists. Within this, the ALM Team comprises eight highly skilled professionals of diverse nationalities, ages, and areas of expertise. The team manages applications primarily related to the software development lifecycle, including requirements, testing, change management, and release management.
Due to increasing user demand and internal stakeholder requests, we are expanding the team. We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Technology, and prior experience with ALM/CI-CD tools.
Primary Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve user queries/issues related to ALM applications
Translate user feedback into structured improvement requests or requirements
Manage user and access administration for ALM applications
Support application upgrades
Automate existing administrative processes
Assist senior team members with various tasks
Restore services/applications during disruptions
Monitor application health using appropriate tools
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong team player with a proactive attitude
Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Experience with Linux OS is a plus
Familiarity with Docker and Containerization is a plus
Mandatory experience with CI/CD tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl and Python is an asset
