Job Description

Work Location: Pune

Relevant experience required (in years):  5 to 7 years of experience in employee wellbeing or occupational health roles.

We are looking for a passionate and people-centric Employee Wellbeing & Culture Champion to lead initiatives that nurture a thriving, inclusive, and healthy workplace across our APAC region. This role blends strategic wellbeing programming with vibrant employee engagement, fostering a culture where every individual feels valued, supported, and empowered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver holistic wellbeing programs that support physical, mental, emotional, and social health with the help of internal/external partners.
  • Curate engaging campaigns and events that celebrate diversity, inclusion, and employee milestones, creating moments that matter.
  • Partner with and HR head & Business leaders to foster a positive and healthy workplace culture.
  • Champion mental health awareness, promote access to wellness resources, and reduce stigma through education and storytelling.
  • Monitor wellbeing trends, gather employee feedback, and measure impact to continuously evolve initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and wellbeing standards while promoting proactive wellness practices.

Skills & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Health Sciences, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in employee wellbeing, HR, or engagement roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flair for storytelling and community building.
  • Ability to design and implement creative, inclusive, and impactful wellbeing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with wellbeing tools, EAPs, mental health first aid, and digital wellness platforms is a plus.
  • Passion for creating a workplace culture that celebrates people, purpose, and positivity.
