Skills and Experience Required:
15-20 years of hands-on experience in managing engineering team (>25 FTE).
Preference for experience managing PLC/SCADA team.
Has Project delivery Experience
Experience in driving customer centric solution in SCADA technology (Win CC/OA, Ignition, Wonderware, Indusoft, etc).
Interact with business stakeholders across the world and develop a professional relationship with his counterparts.
Drive Competence development, knowledge sharing culture, process and tooling improvement.
Must have a system perspective and understand system requirements and project life cycle.
Ensure process compliance, quality and lead time for the project work for self and team members.
Willing to travel for business requirement and be able to work in multicultural environment
