SUMMARY
The IT Software/Platform Developer will be an integral part of our development team, focusing on the development and maintenance of internal applications. This role involves working on the front end using VueJS, developing backend services with .NET Core, and managing data using PostgreSQL and MongoDB. You will also be responsible for monitoring and responding to CAB (Change Advisory Board) tickets to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of issues.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for developing and maintain user-friendly web applications using VueJS/ReactJS or AngularJS
- Assists higher level employees, escalates more complex issues
- Responsible to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Responsible to build and maintain robust backend services and APIs using .NET Core.
- Responsible to implement security, data protection measures, high performance and responsiveness of applications
- Solidifies relationships within immediate team, and begins to expand network to related areas of the organization
- Responsible to design and maintain efficient databases using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Responsible to write efficient and optimized queries as well to ensure data integrity and security
- Works under limited supervision with occasional targeted guidance on new projects
- Responsible to perform regular database performance tuning and monitoring
- Responsible to document technical specifications and project progress
- Responsible to monitor and respond to CAB tickets in a timely manner
- Responsible to investigate and resolve issues reported through CAB tickets
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- 2 to 4 years of experience in software development
- Hands on experience with .NET Core and backend development
- Proficiency in VueJS/Angular JS/React JS and frontend development
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Typically requires Associate's Degree and 4-6 years related experience or Bachelor's Degree and 0-2 years related experience

Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with Arete salary and benefit policy.
