Lead and own incident response engagements: manage client communications, set strategy, direct technical workstreams, mentor team members, track budgets/SOWs, ensure timely containment, evidence preservation, log collection, and recovery guidance while identifying upsell opportunities and maintaining SLA deliverables.

Manage scoping calls, record notes, create and activate projects in Mavenlink, coordinate contracts/amendments, oversee timelines, budgeting, invoicing, timekeeping, and project data accuracy. Serve as liaison with clients, counsel, and the CCC, coordinate calls, and cover one on-call shift weekly for Arete 911 service.

Lead technical incident response efforts: support SentinelOne EDR deployment/troubleshooting, forensic collections, infrastructure recovery, backup validation, and remediation. Serve as escalation point, mentor staff, document findings, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and contribute technical details to strategic plans.

Provide first-line triage and technical support for managed security services: document and route tickets, monitor alerts, escalate critical incidents, support Microsoft 365, Windows/macOS, Active Directory, networking, and cybersecurity-related requests while following escalation procedures and maintaining client confidentiality.

Drive enterprise client acquisition and regional revenue growth for industrial cybersecurity solutions. Manage high-value accounts, define and execute sales strategy, meet targets and forecasts, develop pricing and proposals, mentor junior sales staff, coordinate cross-functional and channel efforts, and present strategic recommendations to leadership to expand customer base and increase revenue and margin.

Manage engagement scoping, project setup and tracking in Mavenlink, coordinate contracts/amendments, ensure timeline, budgeting, invoicing, and timekeeping accuracy, communicate updates with stakeholders, coordinate internal/external calls, and provide weekly on-call 911 coverage.
