Job Summary
Mattel Technology & Innovation Center (MTIC) Hyderabad is seeking an experienced IT Senior Analyst – Network Services with 4–6 years of progressive experience to play a key role in designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise-grade network infrastructure. This senior position is responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and performance of Mattel’s global network environment, including wired, wireless, load balancing, and WAN services.
The role includes 24x5 weekend on-call support (rotational) and requires a proactive, solution-oriented professional who can mentor junior team members and handle complex network issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, deployment, and optimization of Switches, Routers, and core network infrastructure.
- Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise WiFi solutions, including wireless controllers, access points, RF optimization, and troubleshooting complex coverage/performance issues.
- Manage F5 BIG-IP load balancers – configuration, traffic management, SSL offloading, iRules, and advanced features (LTM, GTM, AFM).
- Handle end-to-end Circuit management – provisioning, optimization, troubleshooting, and coordination with global carriers for MPLS, Internet, SD-WAN, and Point-to-Point links.
- Oversee structured Cabling projects (Copper & Fiber) and physical network infrastructure upgrades.
- Perform Network Data analysis, capacity planning, traffic monitoring, and performance reporting using advanced tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, NetFlow, Wireshark, etc.).
- Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and permanent resolution for complex network issues.
- Mentor junior network analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in network architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and digital transformation projects (Cloud connectivity, SD-WAN, Network Automation).
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including network diagrams, runbooks, configurations, and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with Mattel security policies, standards, and global best practices.
- Provide 24x5 weekend on-call support on a rotational basis for critical network incidents.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Network Operations/Support in a large enterprise or global GCC environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or equivalent.
- Technical Skills:
- Expert-level knowledge of Switches and Routers (Cisco, Arista, or equivalent) – routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), VLANs, QoS, and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience with WiFi technologies and enterprise wireless management platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with F5 BIG-IP administration and troubleshooting.
- Solid experience in Network Data monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
- Proven track record in Circuit provisioning and carrier/vendor management.
- Practical experience managing large-scale Cabling infrastructure projects.
- Certifications (Preferred): CCNP, CCNA, F5 Certified Technology Specialist / Administrator, CWNP/CWNA, or equivalent.

- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, SDN concepts, Network Automation (Python/Ansible – added advantage), and security best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
