Support product development from concept to production launch by defining specifications, conducting hazard analyses and design reviews, coordinating testing labs, preparing technical release documents, analyzing quality data and complaints, and working with vendors to resolve quality issues.

Provide L2/L3 production support for Blue Yonder WMS across DTC and B2B fulfillment: monitor jobs and integrations, troubleshoot MOCA/SQL issues, coordinate incident resolution, support releases, validate integrations (API/EDI), and drive operational improvements and documentation.
