Responsibilities include creating design specifications, 3D geometry, materials and finishes; collaborating with design, engineering, product development, and supply chain teams; directing prototypes and manufacturing partners; researching materials and processes; and generating concepts through sketching, rendering, and brainstorming. The role also supports packaging and graphic design projects as needed.

Coordinates toy development projects across design, engineering, packaging, manufacturing, and quality teams in US, Hong Kong, and China offices. Maintains project schedules, tracks critical-path activities, analyzes historical lead-time data, prepares performance reports, escalates issues, and assigns ownership for resolution.

Leads industrial product design from ideation through production, creating design specifications, concepts, sketches, and prototypes. Oversees gameplay mechanics, prototyping, playtesting, physical product design, manufacturing feasibility, and product quality. Manages and develops Product Designers while collaborating with Marketing, Engineering, Packaging, Licensing, Consumer Insights, Operations, and external partners to deliver innovative, accessible, high-quality games on time and within budget.

Supports toy portfolio strategy and product development for Thomas & Friends. Responsibilities include pricing, competitive positioning, consumer insights, product performance analysis, cross-functional collaboration with design and R&D, and input on packaging, messaging, and feature storytelling. The role also contributes to forecasting, P&L management, SKU productivity, retail distribution strategy, and product development timelines.

Lead the architecture, configuration, development, and deployment of Blue Yonder ESP supply planning solutions. Design planning models, constraints, heuristics, integrations, master data, and solver-based optimization. Provide technical leadership, review designs, collaborate with supply chain and IT stakeholders, conduct workshops and training, support production transitions, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires extensive Blue Yonder ESP experience, scripting, ERP integrations, solver interpretation, and on-site work in Hyderabad during US Eastern Time hours.

Leads Organization Development and Inclusion strategy across EMEA, partnering with leaders and People & Culture teams on talent planning, succession, performance, leadership development, culture, inclusion, and organizational change. Diagnoses organizational needs, uses workforce insights to guide interventions, facilitates capability-building programs, manages vendors, budgets, governance, and project plans, and measures initiative effectiveness. Translates global frameworks into locally relevant solutions while influencing stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organization.

Administer and enhance global Workday HCM, Compensation, and Security modules. Configure business processes, rules, calculated fields, reports, dashboards, data loads, and security controls. Support compensation cycles, releases, audits, data integrity, troubleshooting, end-user training, and HR technology improvements while partnering with HR, Total Rewards, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders.

Develop and customize Oracle ERP solutions, particularly Oracle Fusion Product Hub, MDM, and SCM implementations. Build integrations, APIs, reports, workflows, extensions, and middleware components; support data migration, testing, performance tuning, security, deployment, and post-go-live operations. Collaborate with functional consultants, analysts, project managers, DBAs, offshore and onshore teams, and business stakeholders. The role is onsite four days weekly in Hyderabad and aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.

Supports Pan-European commercial strategy through strategic analysis, project governance, executive communications, business insights, and cross-functional implementation. The role develops presentations and business cases, monitors strategic initiatives, identifies risks and opportunities, coordinates leadership engagements, and connects regional priorities with country execution. It also applies AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve analysis, research, project management, and decision-making across the organization.

Supports day-to-day administration of Microsoft Intune and enterprise mobile devices, including iOS, iPadOS, and Android enrollment, policy configuration, application deployment, troubleshooting, compliance monitoring, onboarding, replacement, and retirement. Provides escalated technical assistance, maintains documentation, supports Apple and Android enrollment processes, and participates in endpoint testing, pilots, rollouts, and related projects.

Support global MECM and Intune endpoint management for more than 10,000 Windows devices. Responsibilities include application packaging and deployment, imaging, patching, client health monitoring, troubleshooting, Autopilot provisioning, vulnerability remediation, PowerShell automation, testing, upgrades, documentation, and endpoint improvement projects.

Designs and maintains automated data pipelines integrating enterprise systems with Anaplan. Responsibilities include data transformation, validation, reconciliation, monitoring, troubleshooting, deployment support, documentation, governance, and production operations.
