This is an opportunity to lead large scale initiatives within network infrastructure, working at the intersection of technology, business, and people. You will play a critical role in shaping how we deliver IT solutions that support our strategy and improve outcomes across the business.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will lead a portfolio of interconnected IT projects, ensuring that each initiative aligns with wider organisational objectives. From initial planning through to delivery, you will bring structure, clarity, and direction, managing timelines, budgets, and resources with confidence.
You will work closely with cross functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, acting as a central point of coordination. As challenges emerge, you will identify risks early and take decisive action to keep projects on track. Along the way, you will support and develop your team, fostering a collaborative environment where people can perform at their best.
You will also provide clear and engaging communication to stakeholders and senior leaders, sharing updates, insights, and successes. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will drive effective change management and ensure new solutions are successfully adopted across the organisation.

  • Proven experience managing complex IT projects and programmes, ideally within network infrastructure or similar environments
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Prince2 or PMI, with the ability to apply them effectively
  • Ability to confidently manage budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives
  • Experience working across international, cross functional teams, with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and align senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, solution oriented mindset with strong decision making skills and the ability to perform under pressure

The anticipated gross annual base compensation range for this position is 175 500–263 250 PLN.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
