As a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will take ownership of complex, multi project initiatives, driving delivery, alignment and innovation within a truly international environment. This is your opportunity to combine deep technical expertise in network infrastructure with strategic leadership and strong stakeholder engagement.
What will you be doing?
You will take the lead on a portfolio of complex IT projects, guiding them from initiation through to successful delivery. Working across multiple teams and regions, you will bring structure and clarity by building robust plans, managing budgets and aligning resources to deliver against strategic priorities.
Each day, you will connect people, projects and ideas. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors, ensuring collaboration is strong and progress remains on track. When challenges arise, you will step in as the escalation point, resolving issues and keeping momentum moving forward.
At the same time, you will play a key role in shaping how change is delivered and adopted. You will oversee change management activities, ensuring new solutions are embedded effectively, while continuously optimising delivery, balancing resources and ensuring the programme delivers real business value. Along the way, you will celebrate successes, develop your team and ensure clear and confident communication at every stage.

Success in this role is defined by your ability to lead confidently in complex environments while maintaining clarity, alignment and momentum across multiple workstreams. You bring a combination of technical credibility, structured thinking and strong people leadership that enables teams to perform at their best and deliver meaningful outcomes.
You are someone who anticipates challenges before they arise, takes ownership of decisions and builds trust with stakeholders at every level. You are comfortable operating in a fast paced, international environment where priorities can shift, and you are able to adapt while staying focused on delivering value.
  • Proven experience leading large scale, complex IT programmes, ideally within network infrastructure, with the ability to manage interdependencies across multiple projects
  • Strong command of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 or PMI, with PMP certification seen as a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasting and financial performance while balancing risks, timelines and resource constraints
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, present and make decisions in senior forums

The anticipated gross annual base compensation range for this position is 251 000–376 250 PLN.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
