Job SummaryFlex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Summary:
Lead and deliver IT/IS projects, including cross-site and enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, architecture standards, budget, timeline, and quality requirements.
What a typical day looks like:
- Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
- Develop project strategies and oversee complex, business-critical initiatives and project portfolios.
- Engage stakeholders and maintain effective collaboration with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
- Define and govern IT solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and operational handover.
- Apply Agile and project management methodologies, proactively managing risks, resources, and project performance.
- Establish KPIs, monitor outcomes, and ensure realization of business value.
- Contribute to enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps while driving continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies.
The experience/qualification we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 2-5 years of experience in Project management, preferred in IT domain
Good Polish & English language skills
Eligibility to work in Poland
