Your Role:We are looking for an IT Ops Lead (m/f/d) to own the internal IT infrastructure and support function at Voyfai. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role: you will be the person who keeps everything running, from Microsoft 365 and hardware to domain management and IT policies across our growing group of companies.
You will report directly to Jonas, our CTO and be the single point of ownership for IT operations. In the next 12 to 24 months, as the company scales, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a small team.
What You Will DoOwn and manage our Microsoft 365 environment: tenant configuration, user lifecycle, policies, security settings, and SSO integrations
Handle internal IT support: hardware setup and maintenance (laptops, printers, peripherals, meeting room equipment), ticket resolution, and onboarding/offboarding of employees
Manage domains, DNS, and web infrastructure across Voyfai and group companies
Set up and configure IT environments for new entities as the group expands
Build and maintain an IT inventory system and implement a structured ticketing process
Configure automations and monitoring to reduce manual overhead and improve reliability
Manage hardware procurement and ensure equipment standards across offices
3+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations or IT support, ideally in a fast-paced startup or scale-up
Strong command of Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID (Azure AD)
Experience managing domains, DNS, and web infrastructure
Comfortable with hardware: setup, troubleshooting, and maintaining a clean inventory
Structured approach to support: you build processes, not just fix things
Fluent in English
Experience setting up IT for new legal entities
Familiarity with SSO and identity management beyond M365
Experience introducing or managing an IT ticketing system
