Owns full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, including sourcing, screening, structured interviews, pipeline development, hiring-manager partnership, candidate assessment, and closing. Builds technical talent pipelines, particularly for AI and software engineering, while using AI tools and automation to improve recruiting speed and quality. The role also contributes to talent-acquisition processes, ATS data quality, tooling, and employer-brand initiatives.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will design and deploy LLM-powered and GenAI systems, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring production readiness.

The Senior Software Engineer will design and develop scalable solutions, optimize system architecture and integrations, and lead efforts in cloud deployment and DevOps practices.

Lead end-to-end launches of new entities and post-merger integration workstreams. Roll out TMS and AI tools, coordinate legal/finance/product/operations stakeholders, train local teams, apply change management, and iterate the integration/expansion playbook. Regular travel to entity locations (8–12 days/month).
