As a Senior AI Engineer, you will design and deploy LLM-powered and GenAI systems, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring production readiness.

The Senior Software Engineer will design and develop scalable solutions, optimize system architecture and integrations, and lead efforts in cloud deployment and DevOps practices.

Manage Berlin HQ operations, welcome visitors, coordinate founders' travel and calendars, support Co-Founders with confidential tasks, and plan team events and offsites to ensure smooth office functioning.

Lead and build Voyfai's People function across a multi-entity European group. Design org structures, define leadership levels and career frameworks, advise founders and execs on people strategy, manage post-acquisition integration, drive talent mobility and leadership development, and coach senior leaders while operating hands-on in a scaling startup environment.

Build and lead the in-house legal function for a European logistics/tech group. Lead end-to-end M&A (diligence, SPA/SHA/NDA drafting and negotiation, signing, completion), manage group structuring across jurisdictions, handle commercial, employment and data/AI legal matters, act as a commercial business partner, manage external counsel, and create templates, playbooks and legal tech/AI-enabled processes.

Lead end-to-end launches of new entities and post-merger integration workstreams. Roll out TMS and AI tools, coordinate legal/finance/product/operations stakeholders, train local teams, apply change management, and iterate the integration/expansion playbook. Regular travel to entity locations (8–12 days/month).
