Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all IT systems, including end-user devices, servers, and cloud-based platforms.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and alignment with organizational goals and security standards.
- Oversee regular system upgrades, data backups, and disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Monitor and maintain stable internet connectivity and internal network infrastructure across all locations.
- Guarantee secure, controlled, and efficient access to organizational systems and data.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and connectivity issues promptly across offices and field sites.
- Deliver responsive technical support to staff across departments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Facilitate onboarding by setting up user accounts, devices, and access rights for new employees.
- Implement and enforce data protection, cybersecurity policies, and compliance protocols.
- Ensure secure storage, regular backup, and recoverability of critical organizational data.
- Support program teams in deploying and managing digital data collection tools and platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of IT assets, software licenses, and inventory.
- Coordinate IT equipment procurement in accordance with organizational policies and budget guidelines.
- Collaborate with external vendors for service delivery, maintenance, and technical support.
- Promote the adoption of digital tools to enhance program efficiency and impact (e.g., mobile data collection, communication platforms).
- Identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions that improve operational effectiveness and scalability.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of organizational websites and digital platforms.
