1. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including vacancy advertisements, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
2. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
3. Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, confirmation, contract renewal, and exit processes.
4. Support performance management by coordinating appraisals, tracking performance goals, and following up on action plans.
5. Promote positive employee relations and support staff welfare initiatives.
6. Coordinate staff learning and development activities, including training needs assessments and capacity-building initiatives.
7. Support payroll administration by preparing and validating HR documentation.
8. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, labour regulations, and safeguarding standards.
9. Prepare periodic HR reports and support organizational planning and decision-making.
10. Support general office administration and other HR-related assignments as required.
