Responsibilities
- Design and produce visually compelling graphics for social media, reports, presentations, and advocacy campaigns
- Develop infographics, posters, flyers, banners, and other promotional materials for program activities and events
- Transform complex data and narratives into clear, engaging, and accessible visual content
- Maintain strict adherence to BCAI’s brand guidelines across all design outputs
- Update and manage brand assets to ensure consistency and relevance
- Create dynamic visuals for online campaigns, storytelling initiatives, and stakeholder engagement
- Support multimedia content development, including basic video editing and animation when needed
- Optimize designs for diverse platforms, including web, social media, and print
- Collaborate with communications and program teams to understand project needs and deliver timely solutions
- Contribute to the design of training materials, event collateral, and donor-facing content
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and revise designs to meet evolving requirements
- Maintain a well-organized digital archive of design files, ensuring version control and easy access
- Stay current with design trends, platform-specific formats, and emerging visual communication tools
