The Role
Frontiers is seeking an experienced IT Manager (job title: Enterprise Solutions Manager) to be responsible for leading teams of technology professionals, overseeing and optimizing enterprise-level solutions that address the broad and diverse needs of the company.
This role focuses on people management, fostering effective communication across teams and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The manager ensures that each team delivers high-quality technical solutions while aligning with overall business objectives. Strong business acumen is essential to translate technical efforts into strategic business outcomes, while ensuring smooth collaboration across departments.

This role will report to the Enterprise IT Services Director.
Key responsibilities:

Leading and manage 6 to 8 technology professionals across different small teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Ensuring the efficient delivery and support of enterprise-level solutions such as Microsoft 365 suite, Jira and Workday (HCM and Finance).

Working closely with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads and directors, to understand their needs and how best to meet them with enterprise solutions.

Facilitating strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders by promoting clear communication and ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives.

Developing and execute strategic plans to achieve team goals, ensuring they are aligned with the broader portfolio and organizational priorities.

Implementing and oversee process improvements to increase operational efficiency and team performance.

Supporting team members’ professional growth by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and facilitating development opportunities.

Driving key initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Managing the budget for enterprise solutions, including forecasting expenses and ensuring cost-efficiency.

Ensuring that enterprise solutions comply with industry standards and regulations. This includes addressing cybersecurity risks and implementing necessary safeguards.
Required skills:

Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and how enterprise applications can enhance operational efficiency and contribute to strategic goals.
