Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
• Assist in providing technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Document and track support requests using the company's ticketing system.
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical problems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates and backups.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees by setting up their workstations.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
