- Provide on-site support to users for installations and troubleshooting;
- Assist with the issuance and tracking of IT payment orders;
- Open, monitor, and assign support tickets to the Global Technical Support team;
- Provide software support and configuration.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Expected graduation between the second semester of 2027 and the first semester of 2028 onward;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- General IT knowledge is a plus.
