Provide on-site support to users for installations and troubleshooting;
Assist with the issuance and tracking of IT payment orders;
Open, monitor, and assign support tickets to the Global Technical Support team;
Provide software support and configuration.
RequirementsIntermediate English;
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field;
Expected graduation between the second semester of 2027 and the first semester of 2028 onward;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
General IT knowledge is a plus.
