Job Description
Tasks:
- Solving, escalating and tracking of system incidents according to the defined Service Levels
- Analyzing, assessing and investigating alerts, warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems, applications and infrastructure components and issued by users
- Performing operational tasks connected with corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure Management)
- Cooperation with other support teams within entire organization
- Building-up and contributing to Knowledge Base
Qualifications
Profile:
- IT support experience
- Deep technical knowledge in one or more from the following areas Windows Servers, Unix/Linux, Virtualization (VMWare), Storage and Databases (MS SQL, Oracle),
- knowledge of IT infrastructure
- very good English (written and spoken)
- team-working
- stress-resistance
- willingness to learn
Nice to have:
- ITSM knowledge (ITIL certification would be an advantage)
- Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure etc)
- Automation tools (Ansible, Python)
