【 What you'll do 】
- 持續優化辦公室會議系統，並針對個人電腦、行動裝置、作業系統及周邊設備進行安裝與故障排除，讓所有設備能高效運行！
- 作為第一線 IT support 迅速解決問題，系統化分析、管理相關需求，並撰寫操作標準程序 (SOP) 提升效率
- 負責內部系統、電子郵件及第三方工具服務等使用者帳號管理
- 管理和監控辦公室網路架構，確保流量穩定、安全規劃與問題排除
- 負責系統資料串接 Scripting 撰寫 (Python)
- 積極評估導入新技術和工具，升級公司整體 IT 環境的效能
- 協助規劃並執行多元 IT 專案，包括但不限於資訊安全強化、內部系統稽核、自動化流程優化等
【 Who you are 】
- 2年以上 Helpdesk 或 IT Support 經驗
- 善於溝通及解決使用者的回饋及需求
- 喜歡研究新技術來優化辦公室 IT 環境
- 擁有無線網路設備架構及管理經驗佳
