Information Technology at Fulton Hogan

Our Graduate Programme

Our Graduate Programme commences in February 2026 and as a Graduate, you will be embarking on a 2-year journey of learning, growth, and practical application of your education. This programme is designed to provide you with hands-on experience, exposure to different aspects of our business, and the opportunity to develop essential skills and competencies. 

You will work under the guidance of experienced professionals, contribute to projects, and participate in training and development programmes to elevate your career. At Fulton Hogan, we believe in empowering our people with the tools to succeed.   

In addition to the above you will:

• Apply academic knowledge and theory into a practical business environment.

• Assume responsibility and accountability to successfully complete assignments or tasks.

 We’re looking for someone with:

• A degree or diploma in an IT related field from a NZ-recognised tertiary institute and has graduated between 2023-2025. 

• A NZ/Australian citizenship or NZ permanent residence status. 

• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, self-directed approach to work.  

• Open mindedness and is flexible to change. 

• Availability to commence full time work in Feb 2026. 

• A strong emphasis on safety and consistently demonstrates ethical behaviour while treating others with respect.
