We are seeking a dynamic and analytical IT Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of solutions that improve our clients’ business processes and information systems.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze business needs and capture requirements to support software solutions
  • Document and communicate specifications to technical teams and clients
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Configure systems to implement business processes
  • Participate in the design and optimization of business workflows
  • Plan, prepare, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Maintain continuous communication and reporting to stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients

Requirements
  • University degree (Computer Science or related field – a Master’s degree is a plus)
  • At least 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in software application consulting
  • Experience in Business Automation and/or Digital Transformation projects
  • Experience in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements
  • Good understanding of business systems (ERP, CRM, Workflow systems, or other enterprise applications)
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience with document management and workflow solutions
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric approach
  • Excellent command of English
