He/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned PROJECT:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, business cases, and user stories.
- Business Requirements Document (when applicable)
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Facilitate discussions between business and IT teams to ensure alignment of goals.
- UAT test scripts, KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials
- Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience
- Good analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of API integrations and system workflows.
- Certification in CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent is a plus.
