Serves as the primary liaison between business units and IT, aligning technology initiatives with business strategies. Manages client relationships, project ideation and initiation, BAU requests, requirements gathering, prioritization, budgets, resources, and delivery timelines. Prepares business cases and high-level requirements, coordinates stakeholders, negotiates priorities and resource constraints, and supports effective collaboration between business and IT teams.

Lead workshops, maintain BRDs, BPDs, and requirements traceability matrices, define test cases, coordinate defect resolution, and support testing. Track project deliverables, risks, dependencies, timelines, and scope while collaborating with business, technical, and cross-functional stakeholders. Provide project updates and assist the Project Manager in coordinating activities through requirements, testing, and implementation.

Sources and hires technology professionals for project-based roles. Responsibilities include forecasting hiring needs, creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing active and passive candidates, conducting resume reviews and interviews, assessing qualifications, communicating application updates, and performing background and reference checks. The role partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT leaders, and clients while developing creative talent attraction strategies.

Leads end-to-end quality assurance across web, mobile, API, frontend, and microservices products. Develops test strategies, manages manual and automated testing, maintains automation frameworks, oversees defect management and release readiness, and establishes QA standards. Mentors QA engineers, coordinates testing across Agile teams, reports quality metrics, collaborates with clients and stakeholders, and drives continuous process improvement throughout the SDLC.

Build and maintain fault-tolerant full-stack systems using Node.js and Flutter. Responsibilities include developing server-side, web, and mobile applications; designing and integrating REST APIs; writing maintainable code and automated tests; managing CI pipelines and operations; collaborating with product owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams on roadmaps; troubleshooting production issues; participating in code reviews; and optimizing applications for speed and scalability.

Design, develop, and maintain automated tests and frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications. Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, run cross-browser/device checks, analyze results, troubleshoot defects, and improve test coverage and processes. Participate in Agile ceremonies and support performance testing.

Develops client and partner relationships, prospects and qualifies opportunities, writes proposals, negotiates deals, and manages account planning. Researches markets and technology trends, builds contact networks, forecasts revenue, supports sales and marketing strategies, identifies growth opportunities, meets revenue targets, analyzes financial data, and pitches strategic partnerships or investors. The role requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, presentation, collaboration, and business and technology knowledge.

Gather and document business requirements, create BRDs/BPDs and RTMs, translate requirements into test cases, manage defects, support stakeholder meetings, and drive process improvements for software projects. Must have logistics industry experience and work within a Scrum/scaled agile team.
