Contract content writer to optimize and refresh blog articles and comparison pages per briefs. Tasks include SEO-driven updates, CMS editing, formatting, internal linking, QA revisions, team coordination, and weekly progress reporting over a 3–4 month engagement.

Lead requirements gathering, document BRDs/BPDs/RTMs, translate business needs into functional test cases, support testing and defect management, coordinate cross-functional teams, and assist project management to deliver IT system implementations on time.

Serve as primary liaison between business units and IT to align technology initiatives with organizational goals. Gather and document business requirements, create BRDs/BPDs and RTMs, translate requirements into test cases, manage defects, support stakeholder meetings, and drive process improvements for software projects. Must have logistics industry experience and work within a Scrum/scaled agile team.

Define and communicate product vision and strategy; analyze market/competition; lead cross-functional teams through concept, design, prototyping, testing, launch, and EOL; use data-driven decision making and product analytics; deliver operating plans to meet growth, revenue, and market-share objectives.

Design and develop high-quality cross-platform web and mobile applications, mentor teammates, collaborate on technical direction, and ensure robust solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain automated tests and frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications. Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, run cross-browser/device checks, analyze results, troubleshoot defects, and improve test coverage and processes. Participate in Agile ceremonies and support performance testing.

Provide L1/L2 IT support, manage user onboarding/offboarding and terminations, maintain documentation, administer endpoint security and Active Directory, support Mac devices, contribute to cloud infrastructure projects, and grow into QA automation using Playwright, Cypress, Postman, Supertest and CI/CD pipelines.
