About Edenred
Edenred is a leading digital platform for services and specific purpose payments, connecting more than 60 million users and over 2 million partner merchants in 45 countries via 1 million corporate clients. In Sweden, Edenred helps employers attract, engage, and reward employees by providing tax‑advantaged benefits and digital payment tools tailored to the local market, including lunch/meal benefits and wellness (friskvård) allowance management, employer portals, employee mobile apps, cards/digital wallets, and integrations with HR/payroll systems that offer spend controls, reporting, and compliance features.
Role summary
Operate transversally across Edenred Sweden’s product landscape including employee benefits (50%) and the Nordic Delicard B2B2C e‑commerce platform (50%) to bridge business and technology. Identify opportunities, analyze complex problems, and translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and collaborative solution designs. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, and third‑party providers to ensure delivery quality, governance, and adoption in an agile environment, while adhering to the mutualized Nordic platform logic for Delicard (Sweden/Finland).
Key responsibilities
Requirements discovery and translation:
- Lead workshops and interviews with commercial, product, and operations stakeholders.
- Translate business goals into user stories with acceptance criteria, functional specs, and, where needed, technical specs (API/interface contracts, data mappings, non‑functional requirements).
- Document current‑state and future‑state process flows, data models, and system contexts; perform impact analysis, define scope boundaries, and maintain end‑to‑end traceability from business requirements to test cases.
Solution design support
- Partner with engineers and architects to shape solution options, clarify integration needs, and align on APIs, data flows, sequencing, and non‑functional requirements.
- Evaluate trade‑offs, estimate benefits/effort, deliver data analysis to support data‑driven decision making, and provide ROI‑oriented recommendations.
Backlog and delivery facilitation
- Collaborate with Product Managers/Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog; manage cross‑team dependencies and change impacts so requirements are development‑ready.
- Work closely with internal teams and the third‑party e‑commerce provider using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), supporting sprint planning and ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of increments.
- Coordinate release readiness with impacted stakeholders, preserving the mutualized Nordic platform logic and avoiding unnecessary complexity in evolution and operations.
Testing, quality, and operations
- Define and support UAT: prepare test scenarios, coordinate business validation, triage defects, and support sign‑off on readiness.
- Support incident triage and root‑cause analysis for product and integration issues; ensure data quality, compliance, and security requirements, particularly for payments/financial use cases, are captured and tested.
Vendor and governance coordination (Delicard platform)
- Act as liaison between Edenred stakeholders (Sweden/Finland, Product, Technology) and the third‑party e‑commerce provider; communicate priorities, timelines, and progress.
- Coordinate governance between involved parties (Edenred Sweden/Finland, Edenred Management, Provider, Stakeholders), including steering committees and project committees; help ensure adherence to SLAs while driving continuous improvements with the provider.
Reporting and optimization
- Build and maintain lightweight reporting (KPIs, dashboards) to monitor outcomes and adoption; interpret KPIs to drive actionable insights and continuous improvement.
Customer and user experience
- Streamline client‑facing processes to improve usability and reduce friction; collaborate with UX/UI roles to create intuitive, engaging experiences and incorporate user feedback.
What you bring
- Experience delivering digital products or platforms, with a proven track record translating commercial/business requirements into functional and technical deliverables (user stories, API specs, data mappings, sequence diagrams).
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, data flows, and non‑functional requirements (performance, security, reliability).
- Hands‑on with Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), backlog refinement, acceptance criteria, and agile tools (e.g., Jira).
- Proficient with SQL; comfortable analyzing data to support decisions; experience with Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills; able to convey complex topics to both business and technical audiences. Analytical, structured, and solution‑oriented.
- Strong understanding of B2B2C e‑commerce platforms and their technologies (e.g., payment gateways, inventory management, order processing, CRM) is a plus for the Delicard scope.
- Familiarity with data protection, security, public cloud, and application architecture; experience in vendor management and SLAs/governance is advantageous.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (computer science, business, information systems) or equivalent experience.
Languages/Location
- English and Swedish required; Finnish is a plus.
- Location: Stockholm, Sweden.
