Job Description
Reporting to the Sr. Audit Director, you as the IT Audit Manager will lead and execute IT audit engagements to evaluate the effectiveness of Experian's IT controls and processes. Your role will involve conducting and reporting on IT audits, and providing recommendations to enhance IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Assess the effectiveness of IT controls and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Evaluate IT risks and provide recommendations for mitigating those risks.
- Collaborate with IT and partners to understand and assess IT-related risks and controls.
- Develop IT audit programs and procedures.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in IT auditing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT auditing, risk management, or related fields.
- Experience with IT controls, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience analyzing data and solvin complex issues
- Experience with audit tools and softwares
Additional Information
This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
