WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Manage IT service desk for incident resolution and service;
- Ensure software licenses and IT asset inventory records are properly maintained;
- Assist team lead in the procurement of end user computing products and services;
- Maintain IT documentation on user computing standards, service desk operation procedures and guidelines;
- Participate in various IT projects.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 1-3+ years relevant experience preferably in IT field
- University degree is prefer
- With Jira Software and ITIL experience is a plus
- Quick learner, curious and passionate about learnings and e-commerce
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin

Skills Required
