As IT Analyst IV, you will provide technical leadership to a team of analysts to deliver software solutions and maintain existing applications in order to optimize organizational functioning. A focus on mentoring others, the ability to solve sophisticated problems, superb interpersonal skills and technical acuity are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Analyzes and develops short and long-term solutions to information technology needs through developing new or modifying existing applications

  • Reviews systems requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software applications

  • Executes projects using project management concepts, requirements gathering and documentation, software development lifecycle and testing

  • Collaborates effectively with business partners, project team, and senior management to develop solutions that facilitate the integration of business processes

  • Recommends solutions based on an understanding of business requirements

  • Provides technical leadership and mentorship within a broader team

  • Acts as the team’s rapid-response builder - partners with Business Systems Analysts (BSA) to quickly turn ideas into working solutions, prototypes, or lightweight builds that solve real problems without heavy process overhead
  • Designs and implements integration patterns across applications - builds and evolves APIs, adapters, and event-driven workflows that enable reliable, scalable system connectivity
  • Owns the development of AI-enabled solutions and integrations. Create and integrates AI agents, Copilot Studio solutions, and automations that reduce manual effort and improve operational outcomes 
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum fifteen (15) years' IT experience, OR Associate's degree and a minimum ten (10) years' IT experience, OR Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and a minimum eight (8) years' IT experience

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority

  • Passion for AI and intelligent solution development - actively explores AI technologies and looks for ways to apply them to real business problems
  • Demonstrates strong hands-on development capability - ability to independently design and build integrations, APIs, and applications using modern tools and patterns
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment - handles changing priorities, ambiguity, and rapid iteration without losing momentum or quality
  • Demonstrates exceptional learning agility - rapidly picks up new tools, frameworks, and technologies and applies them effectively with minimal ramp-up 
  • Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
