Job Description

  • Supporting role in development teams and environment maintenance.
  • Monitoring of systems and network operation.
  • Software installation and workstations configuration.
  • Taking part in various IT projects - infrastructure development, system integration and security management.
  • Technical support and problem solving - hardware, software and IT system related issues.
  • Handling accounts, access and permissions.
  • Hardware logistics and keeping track of IT equipment inventory.
  • Implementing security requirements and system patching.

Qualifications

  • At least secondary level of IT education, a university degree in an IT related field will be an advantage.
  • Administrator level of knowledge in one or more fields: Microsoft Windows / Active Directory, MAC OS, Office365, Google Docs/Sheets.
  • Practical knowledge of LAN computer networks, workstation infrastructure and server environments.
  • Practical knowledge about operation and configuration of multifunctional printing devices, networks, wifi, network printing, projectors and audio equipment.
  • Practical experience with commonly used office equipment (PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets, printers, etc.).
  • Very good command of English.

Nice to have:

  • Administering Unix/Linux and Windows systems.
  • LAN/WAN issue solving.
  • Version control systems, preferably Perforce.
  • Administering Continuous Integration environment, preferably Jenkins.
  • Script writing and work automatization.
