As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee production operations to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for managing production teams, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets and customer requirements.
You will report directly to our Site Leader and you’ll work out of our Palmetto, FL location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the operational efficiency and productivity of the production site, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products while fostering a safe and engaged workforce.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop production team members to enhance performance and engagement.
- Implement and sustain continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance to resolve production issues.
You Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in supervising production operations with a focus on manufacturing efficiency and quality.
- 5+ years of experience in pressure vessel manufacturing.
- Experience in welding and/or fitting is required.
- Must have a solid fabrication background.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and safety compliance.
- Proficiency in using production management software and ERP systems to monitor and improve production workflows.
- Ability to analyze production data to identify issues and implement corrective actions effectively.

- Construction industry experience is desirable.
