Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Level or Experienced Level Support Integration Specialist to support multiple fighter programs including F-15 and F/A-18 in Fort Walton Beach, FL.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages, monitors, and integrates product/ program lifecycle support activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities
- Manages and monitors support engineering data development
- Establishes support requirements, costs, technical objectives, definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans in accordance with contract requirements
- Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities
- Develops processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current
- Conducts presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs
- Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ year of experience with manufacturing systems and processes
- 1+ year of experience with technical management of suppliers/vendors
- 1+ year of experience developing and managing budgets and/or cost estimates
- 1+ year of experience facilitating/leading and executing project plans
- 1+ year of experience with Project Management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of higher education and/or related work experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)
- Experience with Earned Value Management
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and/or other technical packages

Associate-Level Summary Pay Range: $76,500 to $103,500
Experienced-Level Pay Range: $94,350 to $127,650
