The Director of Enterprise Applications will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Non-ERP, Engineering, and Commercial & Customer Experience (CCEX) systems within the Panther PSS IT organization. Reporting directly to IT leadership, this executive-level role is responsible for overseeing a global organization of approximately 25 professionals dedicated to standing up, stabilizing, and optimizing critical applications during and after the corporate separation. The Director will manage the platforms driving our digital customer journey, product lifecycle, and manufacturing engineering applications, ensuring seamless integrations across our core business systems.
This position will be located in the Fort Mill, SC location

Preferred Qualifications- Pillar Leadership: Directly oversee and scale three functional IT streams (approx. 25 total headcount):
- Commercial & Customer Experience (CCEX - 14 staff): Managed by the CCEX Manager; includes Salesforce CRM, Customer Portals, E-Commerce, PIM/MDM Master Data, Website, and Sales/Marketing integrations.
- Engineering (6 staff): Managed by the PLM Manager and Enterprise Architect; includes OT Test Manufacturing Engineers (on-site test engineering support) and PLM platforms.
- Non-ERP Applications (5 staff): Global and regional IT Applications Analysts supporting general corporate and business operations.
- Architecture & Delivery: Drive the technical roadmap and execution of the CCEX Ecosystem Architecture, spanning digital frontends, CRM portals, RMA portals, and telephony/IVR (NICE), while ensuring robust integrations with backoffice ERP (SAP) and Enterprise Data Warehousing (Snowflake).
- Engineering Operations Support: Provide technical leadership to the on-site manufacturing test engineering teams to ensure high-performance OT systems across global production locations.
- IMO Coordination: Collaborate with the Integration Management Office (IMO) to support TSA exit plans, Day 1 system readiness, and application stabilization targets.
- Standards Alignment: Coordinate with global IT leadership to ensure all custom engineering, e-commerce, and integration efforts adhere to corporate architecture, security, and coding standards.
