Leads architecture standards, application stabilization, TSA exit planning, Day 1 readiness, and collaboration across IT and business stakeholders.

Develop and optimize embedded firmware for thermal inkjet cartridge systems and companion software. Design customer-facing development kits, desktop applications, and APIs; integrate firmware with electrical, mechanical, and FPGA systems; manage testing and version control; and provide technical leadership through architecture, code reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices.

Assign customer pricing tiers, conduct database audits, manage account-related request queues, and support data migrations, system updates, and other special projects while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.

Designs, develops, tests, documents, and maintains SAP Variant Configuration solutions, including product models, classes, characteristics, dependencies, configuration profiles, selection conditions, variant tables, pricing, and custom logic. Provides troubleshooting, user training, stakeholder support, and process simplification to reduce product model complexity.

Coordinate daily shipment operations across truckload, LTL, parcel, air, and ocean transportation. Responsibilities include routing and tracking shipments, preparing labels and export documentation, obtaining spot quotes, managing carrier relationships, responding to logistics inquiries, researching shipment statuses in an ERP system, identifying compliance and cost-saving opportunities, and filing freight claims.

Provides hands-on process engineering support for new product development and product improvement in materials manufacturing.
