Who you are:
As an Investments Sales Support Manager, you will lead and manage an investment sales support team, providing guidance and coaching to maximize performance. You will help bring value to the organization by training and developing investment sales support staff to deliver an exceptional client experience. You have a servant leadership mindset and passion for people and are not afraid to answer questions and provide guidance to staff, escalating issues as needed. Our managers have a genuine care for people and consistently strive to lead with integrity, caring, and excellence.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and train the sales support staff to ensure they are providing high-quality support to the sales team
- Develop and implement systems and procedures for sales support, including tracking and reporting on sales support activities
- Identify and address any gaps in the sales support process, and work with the sales team to develop solutions
- Ensure that the sales team has access to the necessary resources and information to effectively sell the company's products or services
- Provide regular updates to the Chief Operations Officer on the performance of the sales support team and any issues that need to be addressed
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of investments experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
- Excellent written and verbal skills
Additional Preferred Skills:
- FINRA Series 7,9 & 10 (or Series 4, 24, 53) and 66 (or Series 63 and 65)
